Return Policy
At glamswirl, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we are committed to providing a straightforward return process.
We are pleased to outline our return policy details below.
You may initiate a return request within 7 days of the delivery date for Change of Mind items and within 30 days of the delivery date for damaged or defective product. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that we do not offer electronic gift cards, or store credit. All refunds will be issued solely to your original payment method.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps
1) Contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] within the prescribed time of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
2) Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with our warehouse return address within 2 business days. Please do not ship any items without this RA number.
3) Securely pack the unused item(s) in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging, inside a protective shipping box. Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
4) Ship your package to the provided address using a trackable shipping service at your own expense. We strongly recommend you retain your proof of postage and tracking information.
The following conditions apply to all returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your order number, is required for all returns. All items marked "Sale," "Clearance," or "Promotional" are final and cannot be returned or refunded. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Regarding refund processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please be aware that original shipping fees and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
For damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographic or video evidence of the issue. If the item is unavailable, please contact us with 24 hours after you receive the delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Important additional information
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for customers with exceptionally high return volumes within a 12-month period. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping unless the item is confirmed by us to be damaged or defective.
